...in the blog name-choosing game. I'm leaning toward something that found its origins in Jonathan's recent suggestion that the contents of my head are odd. I didn't think there'd be any better way to commit than that, because while I'm likely to shift, change, transform, quit, recommit, evolve, etc., there is absolutely no chance that my head will stop being odd. So the only question now, really, is whether it should be one word or two. That is, Odd Head, or the current frontrunner (given that I'm in favor of it), Oddhead.
But scratch that. I just tossed Oddhead in the Google search window, and there's already an oddhead blog, so that won't do. I don't like sharing. No matter that it's about gambling and such. Hmmm...
More to come.

Oddheady (get it? oddity?)
Nutjob City, ME
Mere's Post Apacalyptic Love Bunker
I try to think of more...
OK, people. Now we're on a roll. The obvious leader would have to be, at this point, Nutjob City, ME, with Oddington Bear a close second (don't forget the playground bullies used to taunt me by replacing the Penn with Padd). I like Oddheady too, Jonathan, but I don't think I would have got it if you hadn't explained it, and though I try to choose readers who are of higher intellect than I, I'm hesitant. Then, of course, there's Pinky and Apocalypse. However the hell you spell that. Maybe I should call it that. It'd be a hybrid, and then Jonathan could pick on me for ignorantly blogging green...
I mean, Pinky and THE Apocalypse.
I LIKE IT!
Although, Jonathan's suggestion of incorporating some Maine reference is genius. Isn't any city in ME a little NJ?
Ooooh... NJC, ME
I must duck to say that I don't get the apocalyptic love bunker reference. I am OUT. OF. IT. for sure.
I like NJC, ME. Totally cryptic in a "I HAVE to know what that means" kind of way.
I must say that I don't think of MPC as odd...crazy, head-crazy, yes, but not quite odd. But that's just me.
How about outofmyheadandontothepage?
Or just out of my head.
Or perhaps stuck in my head. Yeah, that's a bit more like it.
Or maybe "pennington. you got a problem with that?"
Off to hatch more ideas.
He didn't actually say I was odd, he said my head was odd, which you may or may not agree with as well. I would for sure deem it odd, from something of an insider's perspective.
